Here, I weave together photographs of a car engine and roses to create a dynamic composite image. The soundscape in this video samples audio both from a 1941 instructional film on disassembling a Ford Engine, made by the US Army, and a 1937 educational film on the human heart.
Future of Flight
A time-lapse video of my "Future of Flight" weaving where I wove together aerial photography of the San Francisco Airport with an image of the universe. I programmed the camera to take .5 seconds of video every 5 minutes.
Brad Pitt Dance Party
Brad Pitt, circa 1980, dances his silly pants off through a brightly colored landscape of pop culture ridiculousness. My goal was to create a Flash animation effect by simply using found images, which I isolated and manipulated in Photoshop, and animating them in Final Cut Pro using just key framing and motion control.

Snow Scene - Stop Motion Animation Test
This is a test scene for a stop-motion animation that I would eventually like to make. My materials were: food dye droppers, miso soup spoons, sugar, and cake sprinkles.
Color Gnomes - Stop Motion Animation Test
A test for the beginning scene of an animation involving color dye dropper gnomes and their various escapades coloring the kitchen. This scene is where the gnomes are "born" out of their food dye box and first set off on their adventure. The scenes are bare-bones, but like I said, it was a test.
